These Greek Salad Skewers are a delicious twist on your favorite salad. In less than 10 minutes, you’ll have an appetizer that’s light yet substantial enough for a whole crowd!
Summer salads are one of my favorite dishes for the warmer months. Lighter meals that require little prep and no cooking are a huge win in our house.
But they aren’t always conducive to entertaining.
When our family visits, we love hanging out on our deck and in our backyard. Stand-up meals are not unheard of since we’re all busy playing, chatting and chasing kids to sit down for a meal. There’s been many times where our meal consisted of snacks or appetizers alone.
Luckily, I found a delicious way to enjoy one of my favorite salads by changing it’s form a bit:
Greek Salad Skewers.
These Greek Salad Skewers are the perfect appetizer for warmer weather. With little prep (about 10 minutes) and no cook time, it’s already a win. But the taste is delicious and the mess is minimal, too!
I would recommend these wooden skewers for this recipe in the 8″ size. You can get smaller or larger if wanted (and these come in a variety of sizes.) You’ll get a ton so you can make these Greek Salad Skewers all summer long!

- Radishes
You can add some extra color to your Greek Salad Skewers by using multi colored grape tomatoes.
We tend to have pretty small crowds to feed so this is a small batch that’s good for about 4-6 people. But you can easily scale up to feed a larger crowd!
