This Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza recipe is a must-make for pizza night! It’ll feed a crowd and it’s ridiculously easy. This is a dessert you will not want to miss!
I can already tell you that I’m going to be the mom that sometimes lets ice cream qualify as dinner some days.
It’s not because I don’t care. And it’s not even because I think rules like no dessert before you finish your dinner are meant to be broken (even though I whole heartedly believe that.)
It’s because motherhood is hard.
It’s hectic and crazy, and whoever thought “doing it all” should be a thing is one of my least favorite people. Because there is no amount of babywearing, to-do listing, time managing, or meal prepping that makes me feel like this role is easy.
At the end of the day, if given a choice, I opt for easy.
And I’m okay with that. Because I’ve been there, all day long, doing hard. Fighting at nap time, cleaning up meal times, squeezing work in wherever I can, trying to maintain a semi-clean house, and preparing for the strong personality my little girl is developing.
So easy is fine by me.

This means pizza for dinner is a regular thing in our house. And not just any pizza. Red Baron pizza. Because this is the kind of pizza that makes me forget all of the toys I need to clean up yet.
It’s also the pizza that we lived off of when Lily was born. Fruit and pizza were staples in our house when she arrived because I wanted easy. I didn’t want to be cooking. I wanted to be couch deep in baby snuggles and Netflix binges. And I was.

While life isn’t that easy anymore, Red Baron pizza for dinner is still our jam. And dessert after pizza is always a thing for me. So what better way to continue the pizza deliciousness than to have the ultimate pizza night with sugar cookie fruit pizza.
There are a couple of reasons I love this sugar cookie fruit pizza.
A) It’s pizza. And my love for pizza (nearly any kind) is strong.
B) It’s easy. It’s the kind of dessert that looks pretty but doesn’t actually require hours of labor. And as a mom, that’s right up my alley.
C) It has fruit. So I can kind of pass it off as semi-healthy.
D) It can feed a crowd. (But it doesn’t have to, winkwink.)
E) It’s super customizable. So if you’ve got the world’s pickiest eaters under your roof, you can totally change up the fruit. Or create little sections with everyone’s favorites with a do not cross line for the “IF CERTAIN FOODS TOUCH, MY HEAD WILL EXPLODE!” eaters.
See? This sugar cookie fruit pizza is meant for your ultimate pizza night, mamas. The whole family will love it. Plus, you will actually get to enjoy a hot slice of Red Baron pizza for dinner since this dessert can be made well in advance. Crazy talk, right?!

I know I’m not alone with wanting easy.
Specifically because of my wingmom: the Baroness. If you’re anything like me, where pizza is celebrated all week long just so one aspect of life is easier, you’ll like her. She embraces the imperfections of motherhood with a bit of sass and spunk.
You can find out what your Baroness patch is along with other delicious creations to serve up with your pizza here. Then grab this Ibotta offer and head to Walmart to grab your favorite Red Baron pizzas and the sugar cookie fruit pizza ingredients.
Your family will thank you and you may even find out that you have a bit of me time. What is that anyway?
