Combine shrimp, oil, salt, and ginger in a gallon size zip lock bag. Place in fridge to marinate at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill on medium high heat.
Place one piece of pineapple on a skewer. Place two shrimp on the skewer. Alternate between pineapple and shrimp until all shrimp is on skewers
Combine onions, peppers, zucchini, squash, and snap peas together in a grill safe pan. Place on grill. Stir every few minutes making sure nothing overcooks.
Place shrimp skewers on the grill. Grill 2- 3 minutes per side.
Combine shrimp, pineapple, and vegetables in a bowl. Stir in teriyaki sauce.
