Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 Can of Black Beans 15 oz, drained
  • 1/2 Medium Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • Cilantro to taste Optional
Instructions
  1. Chop the onion in quarters and throw in the food processor. Process until finely diced.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Serve hot or cold with vegetables or chips.
