Preheat the oven to the temperature the recipe or package states for your sugar cookies.
Make the sugar cookie mix according to the package or recipe directions.
Spray a cookie sheet and spread the dough evenly across the entire sheet.
Bake according to package/recipe directions or until the crust is a very light golden brown.
Let cool fully before icing.
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
Once the sugar cookie dough crust has cooled, spread the icing evenly over the entire crust.
Layer the slices of fruit on top of the iced cookie crust in columns. Press slightly to make sure they stick. Start with strawberries then blueberries. Then kiwis then blueberries. Then oranges then blueberries. Repeat until you hit the edge.
Store in the refrigerator.
Nearly any fruit can be used for this pizza. Just make sure it's not too watery.
