Ingredients
  • 4-6 oz milk of choice regular, almond, rice or soy
  • 2-3 tbsp PB2
  • Drizzle of Honey
  • 1-1 1/2 banana frozen and sliced
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in the order listed into a blender.
  2. Blend until well combined or until the preferred consistency is reached.
  3. Optional add-ins: chia seeds, ground flax seed, goji berries, spirulina powder, etc.
