Bring something new to your autumn get-togethers! This pumpkin cheesecake dip is sure to be a huge hit for the whole family!
It may be officially Autumn today, but I’ve already been indulging in my favorite pumpkin flavored things since the beginning of the September. (Side note: a PSL is not one of those favorite things for some reason. I love pumpkin everything . . . other than that.)
And because I love pumpkin so much, I try to incorporate it into a lot more of the things we make. Baked goods, drinks, main dishes and desserts are all fair game. And this year, I added something new to the mix: pumpkin cheesecake dip.
Clearly, I love pumpkin. But I also love, love, love cheesecake. So combining the two in dip form is pretty much a match made in tastebud heaven for me.
- 1 Can Pumpkin 15oz
- 8 oz Cream Cheese Room Temperature
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tsp Ground Cloves
- Whipped Topping
-
Mix all of the ingredients except for the whipped topping together with a mixer until thoroughly mixed.
-
Optional: Fold in the whipped topping being careful not to overmix. Otherwise, just top the dip with the whipped topping when served.
-
Serve with graham crackers or your favorite dippers.
There are a couple of other great things about this delicious dip though. Like the fact that it’s actually pretty darn healthy. Major bonus! I don’t eat as well during the colder months so a healthier indulgence is a big win for me.
It’s also super easy, but seems kinda fancy. So pretty much perfect for the holidays. With Lily being a part of our family this year, I can already tell my dish preparation time will need to be significantly slashed. (Her cute smile is totally worth it!) Normally I like to go all out, but this year? I’ll mostly be indulging in baby time so this dip works perfectly!
And this week’s Maker’s Mix-Up theme is pumpkin! I want to see ALL of your pumpkin recipes because I probably will try making them all! But your projects are great, too. ;)
