Back in October, we took that awesome road trip to Florida and spent a few days at one of my favorite places in the world: Universal Studios Orlando! I was so excited about the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and completely overlooked the fact that they had a new ride. A ride that quickly became our favorite ride which is fitting considering how much we love the movie. Not sure what it is? It’s Despicable Me Minion Mayhem! And if you liked the Minions © 2015 Universal Studios. All rights reserved. movie – then I’d absolutely recommend checking it out! Even if you haven’t seen the movie (But seriously – what are you waiting for?!) – it’s a super fun ride that was one of our most memorable.
But I’m not here to talk about the ride today. I want to talk about those cute little guys that cause a lot of destruction: minions! The Minions movie just released last week and we’ve already bought it, watched it, and can’t wait to watch it again. And I have the perfect recipe to enjoy the movie with today, too: a banana creamsicle smoothie! Pair this drink with some tall glasses, minion print outs, the movie, and you’ve got yourself a super fun (and healthy!) night ahead of you.
This minions smoothie is so easy to make and the printables don’t take long to print + snip so your magical Minions movie night isn’t too far away! All you need to do with the printables is print them out on a standard 8 1/2″ x 11″ sheet of paper, cut them out, and let everyone turn their cup into the perfect minion! Everyone can have their own look so you know which cup is yours. You can use just about any tall glass, but I’d highly recommend tall champagne flutes (especially plastic ones like these) to achieve the maximum minion look!
